Hi there, my name is Emma. I help moms and dads in their 40s manage stress and build resilience while growing a business, using mindfulness and positive psychology to bring calm and clarity back to your day.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping people of all ages and backgrounds, including the elderly, disabled, and children.
Alongside my work, I’ve passionately supported community projects, raising over £7,000 for mental health charities through fitness challenges and hands-on efforts like carp rescue and conservation.
I’ve also helped reduce food poverty by securing grant funding for multiple charities and volunteered with wildlife trusts.
Now, I’m excited to bring my skills, experience, and passion into coaching, helping others transform their lives with the same commitment I’ve always had.
